What is True-usd?
TrueUSD (TUSD) is a USD-backed stablecoin designed to deliver a stable, transparent digital dollar on blockchain networks. Each token is backed 1:1 by real US dollar reserves held in trusted custodians and confirmed through independent attestations, ensuring trust and transparency. This enables fast, low-cost payments and seamless use with DeFi, wallets, and cross-chain transfers.
Why does True-usd have inflation?
TrueUSD is designed to stay pegged to the US dollar, so it does not experience inflation in the same way as fiat currencies. Any price deviation from $1 is driven by market demand, liquidity, or concerns about reserve backing, not by token inflation.
How is True-usd inflation calculated?
