Mining Index (PoW) — Index + Total Emission

Cycle days sets the rolling window used to normalize the Mining Index.
For each day, the index looks back N days, finds the peak Total PoW emission in that window,
and expresses today as a 0–100 value relative to that peak.
Smaller = more reactive • Larger = smoother. d
