Billing & Refund policy

This Billing & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through CryptoInflation.eu, including access to our premium API services and other digital products.
By purchasing a product or subscribing to any service on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
Credit/Debit cards
PayPal
Other secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)
All prices are listed in EUR (€) or USD ($). Payments may be subject to VAT depending on your location (especially for EU customers).
2. Subscription Plans
Some services, such as our API access, are available via recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly or yearly). You will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@cryptoinflation.eu.
3. Trial and Free Tiers
If we offer a free trial or free plan:
You will not be charged during the trial period
After the trial ends, you will automatically be moved to a paid plan unless canceled
Trial duration and limits will be clearly communicated during signup
4. Refund Policy
A. EU Customers – Digital Goods Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction unless the service has already begun with your explicit consent.
By starting a subscription or accessing paid features immediately, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal.
To request a refund under this rule, email info@cryptoinflation.eu with:
Your full name
Email used during purchase
Order ID or invoice number
Reason for your request
We will process valid requests within 14 days.
B. Other Refunds
Outside of EU withdrawal rights, refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Accidental duplicate charges
Service outages longer than 24 hours (case-by-case)
Proven technical issues that prevent you from using the service, not caused by your setup
We do not offer refunds for:
Partial billing periods
Unused time on a subscription
Customer mistakes (e.g., wrong plan)
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
You will retain access to your plan features until the current billing period ends
No further charges will be made unless you re-subscribe
You will not receive a prorated refund for the unused time
6. Invoices & Receipts
Invoices are issued automatically upon each successful payment and can be downloaded from your account or emailed to you. Please contact us if you need:
A VAT invoice with your business details
Updated billing information
Custom invoicing (for enterprise use)
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact info@cryptoinflation.eu before opening a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
We are happy to resolve any issues directly and quickly.
Chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in:
Suspension of your account
Permanent ban from using our services
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. You will be notified in advance if your subscription plan is affected. Continued use after a price change implies your acceptance of the new rate.
