What is Iota?
IOTA is a cryptocurrency designed for the Internet of Things (IoT). It uses the Tangle, a scalable Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), to enable feeless microtransactions and fast data transfer between devices, aiming to power a connected ecosystem of machines and services.
Why does Iota have inflation?
IOTA has no inflation by design. The total supply is fixed at genesis, and there is no mining or staking that would mint new coins.
How is Iota inflation calculated?
